They were super communicative throughout us booking them and leading up to our wedding, and really reasonably priced. Rafael came the morning of my wedding to set up and he was so sweet, he even offered to bring us extra space heaters because it was a chilly day. The space heaters ended up being such a godsend, and when Rafael came back my coordinator told me he even helped to move some of our tables around. Truly exceeded all expectations with his service. The restrooms were clean and adorable, and the background music set the perfect ambiance. The company we hired (a popular Porta company) sent over some very unpleasent looking/smelling units that were not acceptable and definitely not what we paid for! We contacted Lux last minute. We spoke to Tony and he could feel the anguish in my voice! I was having a mental breakdown over so many things going wrong with our event but He dispatched 2 CLEAN!!! Porta units the same day!
