No power or water on site is completely normal — we bring pre-filled tanks, a generator, or both. They’re priced separately: $150 each on a 2-stall trailer, $200 each on the 3- and 4-stall units. Only what you actually need gets added. Not sure? Say so and we’ll work it out before anything is charged.

Ground & access at the setup spot

We need roughly 16 ft × 13 ft of firm, level ground with room to back in.

Please note: the trailer can’t be leveled on a slope. If the setup spot isn’t level, firm ground — sloped, soft, sandy, muddy, or hard to reach — additional charges may apply for jacks, mats, extra crew, or time. One thing worth knowing early: the trailer is backed into place, and the entry door ends up on the passenger side. Tell us roughly where you want it and we’ll aim the door where your guests actually are — it’s much easier to plan now than to move later.

How pricing works. Your total is the trailer’s base rate plus delivery, then California sales tax at 8.75%. Delivery is free inside Redlands city limits; beyond that it’s billed on one-way road miles from our yard at 1245 Columbia St — $7/mile for 2-stall units, $8/mile for 3- and 4-stall units, and $10/mile for 5-stall and larger units. We measure the actual driving route to your address and add a small allowance, so the number you see covers the real trip rather than falling short of it. Mountain destinations such as Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead and Idyllwild add a flat $100 surcharge for the extra drive time; winter or chain-control conditions are quoted separately. Past 80 miles, the miles beyond that first 80 bill at our long-haul rate. Past 100 miles we also deliver the day before and collect the day after, so the trailer books as a two-day rental. Events beyond about 120 miles are custom-quoted rather than auto-priced.

All quotes are for a standard 24-hour rental. Any booking longer than one day — additional days, weekends, or weekly rates — is confirmed with you directly before anything is charged.

Water and power. The trailer needs a garden-hose water hookup and a 20-amp / 120V outlet within 80 ft. If you don’t have them, we bring them — water and power are priced separately at $150 each on a 2-stall unit and $200 each on the 3- and 4-stall units. A site with neither pays for both. Each is added only when you tell us it’s needed, and it’s on your quote before you ever pay.

This is an estimate, not a contract. Distances are approximate until we confirm the exact address. Your quote is final once we send your written invoice and rental agreement. Add-ons such as cold-weather heating, after-hours delivery, or difficult placement are quoted separately. Permits are the renter’s responsibility.
