Permits

The City of Moreno Valley issues special event permits for events on public property, in city parks or requiring street closure; private residential events generally do not need one. For events at March Air Reserve Base or associated facilities, access and security clearance requirements are set by the installation and need substantially more lead time than a civilian venue.
