The Santa Monica Pier hosts public events and private buyouts with sweeping ocean views. Palisades Park’s blufftop promenade is a popular setting for outdoor ceremonies. Bergamot Station Arts Center hosts gallery events and private gatherings in its unique industrial-chic venue spaces.
Lux Dumps brings luxury restroom trailers to Santa Monica events where the bar is set high by the city itself. Film and television productions shooting on location in Santa Monica — along Main Street, on the pier, or in the residential neighborhoods of the Palisades — need production-grade restroom facilities for cast and crew. Our trailers serve that function with climate control and fresh-water flushing that keeps production moving without breaking the location’s aesthetic.
Corporate events at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel’s outdoor spaces, beach wedding receptions at Casa del Mar, and charity galas at the Fairmont Miramar all benefit from supplemental restroom capacity that matches the event’s premium positioning. When every other element of your event is curated, the restroom experience shouldn’t be the exception.
ADA-accessible trailers available. Configurations from 2 to 8 stations. Attendant staffing offered for high-traffic or VIP-level events.

Santa Monica venues and events
Santa Monica is dense, coastal and tightly regulated, which makes it one of the more demanding cities we serve. Beach and pier-adjacent events, hotel rooftops and courtyards, and corporate functions in a compact urban core all share the same underlying problem: there is very little room to put anything, and no possibility of improvising a position on the day.
Private residential events in the neighbourhoods north of Montana and in Ocean Park happen on characterful lots with narrow driveways and limited street frontage, where placement has to be worked out in advance.
Urban access and permits
Kerb space in Santa Monica is scarce and actively managed. We need an agreed delivery window and a confirmed footprint before the date, and in many locations a permitted street position rather than an assumed one. The City of Santa Monica requires special event permits for events on public property, the beach or involving street closure, and beach events carry their own additional requirements and lead times.
Coastal and basin evenings cool off considerably more than the afternoon suggests, and events running from a warm ceremony into a late reception cross a real temperature gap. We size climate control for the end of the night rather than the middle of the day.
Delivery
This is one of the longer runs we make from our Redlands yard, and traffic is a planning input rather than a footnote. We schedule delivery to arrive well ahead of guests instead of betting on a clear corridor, and for early-morning events we will often stage the night before where the venue permits it.
