Tustin Ranch Golf Club is one of the premier wedding and tournament venues in east Orange County, hosting hundreds of events annually in its manicured outdoor settings. And the Tustin Legacy — the massive redevelopment of the former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin, one of the largest urban revitalization projects in California — is becoming a major new destination for community events, farmers markets, and large outdoor activations.
Lux Dumps provides luxury restroom trailers that match the upscale environment Tustin’s venues have cultivated. Golf course weddings and charity tournaments at Tustin Ranch require restroom facilities that feel as polished as the fairways — our trailers deliver that with ceramic-look interiors, full climate control, and fresh-water flushing. Large outdoor events at Tustin Legacy’s open spaces need capacity solutions our multi-station trailers handle efficiently.
Peters Canyon Regional Park connects Tustin to Irvine along a popular trail system that hosts organized runs, corporate teambuilding events, and community gatherings. The Tustin Marketplace and surrounding commercial district host outdoor vendor events and private corporate celebrations. In each of these settings, Lux Dumps arrives prepared — properly sized, fully stocked, and ready for attendant service if needed.

Tustin venues and events
Tustin combines a historic Old Town with the large Tustin Legacy redevelopment on the former air station, and the two generate quite different work. Old Town produces street-level civic and community events in a compact historic setting with tight access and appearance expectations. The Legacy area, by contrast, offers wide open ground and large event footprints where nothing permanent exists near where the event actually happens.
The former air station’s enormous timber hangars remain the district’s defining landmarks, and events staged in and around that area are typically large-format with correspondingly large restroom requirements.
Open-ground events and historic streets
Large open sites are ideal for self-contained trailers — no hookups near the footprint, so runtime and guest count drive the configuration. Historic Old Town is the opposite problem: limited kerb space, restricted vehicle access and an expectation that anything visible suits the setting.
Coastal influence reaches well inland here. Evenings cool off more than the afternoon suggests, and events running from a warm daytime ceremony into a late reception cross a genuine temperature gap. We size climate control for the evening rather than the afternoon.
Permits and delivery
The City of Tustin requires special event permits for events on public property or involving street closure, with additional requirements in the Old Town area.
This part of Orange County sits roughly an hour and a half to two hours west of our Redlands yard depending on corridor and time of day, so we schedule to arrive well ahead of guests rather than betting on a clear run.
