Septic Pumping & Restroom Trailer Servicing
Our own 600-gallon vacuum unit, servicing restroom trailers, holding tanks and RV tanks across the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley.
A luxury restroom trailer is only as good as the service behind it. Lux Dumps runs its own pump truck — a 600-gallon tactical sanitation unit carrying 400 gallons of waste capacity and 200 gallons of fresh water — so servicing a unit mid-event never depends on whether a third-party vacuum company can fit us into their route.
That truck is the reason we can commit to multi-day events, long-term construction placements and government contracts with a straight face. We pump, rinse and restock our own fleet on our own schedule, and we take outside work when the route allows.
Based in Redlands, CA and veteran-owned. Call (951) 777-8836 or use the form below for a same-day response.
What the pump truck handles
- Restroom trailer servicing — waste tank pump-out, fresh water refill, bowl and floor rinse, and paper and soap restock. Ours or another company’s unit.
- Mid-event service calls — a scheduled visit during a multi-day event or a long placement, so the trailer is reset before guests arrive rather than after they complain.
- Holding tank pump-outs — portable restrooms, wash stations, event tanks and other self-contained fixtures.
- RV tank pumping — black and grey tank service for motorhomes and travel trailers parked at home, at a site or at an event.
- Fresh water delivery — the unit carries 200 gallons of potable water for refilling restroom trailers and wash stations on site.

Why we run our own truck
Most restroom trailer companies our size subcontract their pumping. That works fine until a Saturday night at nine o’clock, when the trailer is full, the event has four hours left and the vacuum company’s dispatcher is not answering. We bought the truck specifically so that call never has to be made.
It also changes what we can bid on. Multi-day festivals, film production that runs a fortnight, construction placements measured in months and federal work with real service requirements all depend on a service interval somebody can actually guarantee. Owning the equipment is what makes that a commitment rather than a hope.
How service intervals are set
Waste tank capacity, guest count and runtime decide the interval — not the calendar. A two-station trailer at a 90-guest wedding will usually finish the night on its own tank. The same trailer on a construction site with a crew of twenty, five days a week, is a very different math problem.
For rentals that run past the first few days we build a servicing schedule into the quote rather than leaving it to be discovered. Tell us the guest count, the hours per day and how long the unit stays on site, and we will tell you how many visits it needs and what each one costs before you sign anything.

The unit
The service rig is a Kee Vac 600 tactical sanitation unit mounted on a one-ton dual-rear-wheel pickup. Split 400 gallons waste and 200 gallons fresh, it is deliberately smaller and far more manoeuvrable than a conventional septic truck — which matters more than raw capacity on the sites we actually work.
Venue driveways, hotel service alleys, film base camps, warehouse loading aprons and canyon-road estates are all places a full-size vacuum truck struggles to reach and often simply will not fit. A pickup-mounted unit goes where the trailer went, which is the whole point.

Where we service
The truck runs out of Redlands and covers the Inland Empire as its home ground — Redlands, Yucaipa, Beaumont, Riverside, San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario and the surrounding cities. The Coachella Valley, from Palm Springs through Indio and La Quinta, is a regular route, and we reach Orange County, the high desert and the Los Angeles basin for scheduled work.
Travel time is priced by distance from the Redlands yard, the same way our trailer deliveries are. If you are at the edge of that map, ask — the answer depends on what else is on the route that day.
If it is not a job for us
We are straight about the limits of a 600-gallon unit. A residential septic tank pump-out, a grease interceptor, a failed leach field or anything needing thousands of gallons of capacity is work for a full-size vacuum truck and a contractor who specialises in it.
Call us anyway. If it is not a job for our truck we will say so and point you at someone who does it properly — that referral costs you nothing and saves you a wasted afternoon.
